Type part of the name of a contract and click "Go". That's about it. The system will search for any
contract whose CMS "organization name" or "parent organization" includes the text you entered. (e.g. "Aet"
will find all of Aetna's plans. It then connects each plan with it's data for the prior year, and connects
any other contracts that merged with it and displays it all in a "tree" starting with the 2020 contract
(or successor) for easy viewing. Of note, the search goes all the way back to 2006, and will include a
contract that has since been renamed.
Click on a contract to pop up it's star ratings details, or check off several contracts and click "Compare
Selected" to compare multiple contracts or the same contract over multiple years.
Click on the "Full Documentation" button for a detailed description of the data sources and what you
can do with this tool.
Be patient - if you pull lots of years or contracts, it may take a moment for it to come up. If it
fails to load, please refresh your browser.
