About the Role
Report Analyst role is responsible for the development, analysis, and reporting of clinical data that supports health plan quality improvement efforts. About 50% of the time is spent developing SQL databases, and the balance building, analyzing, and presenting reports.
You will work across HEDIS, Part D quality, Medicare Star Ratings, and provider performance. That means thinking about the data underneath the visualization: validating results, spotting discrepancies, understanding why a number moved, and making sure the report tells the right story.
This is a mid-level role.
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL coding skills
- Report development in Tableau or comparable platforms
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and understand what drives results
- Healthcare, clinical, claims, or quality data experience preferred
- HEDIS, Medicare Star Ratings, or Part D quality experience a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Location
Remote. Preference for candidates in or near Baltimore, MD; Madison, WI; or Minneapolis, MN.
