Added a new MA-PD Contract Star Rating – Clover Ruling & CMS Memo report. The report helps users compare the impact of the Clover Ruling and CMS Memo measure sets on the selected contract’s Summary Mean, both with and without improvement, against the CMS-published star ratings.
