STARS PLANNER V2 RELEASED

We're pleased to announce an update to the Stars Planner. There are two major changes plus several enhancements and a completely rebuilt back-end.

This tool allows you to load 2017 Star Ratings details for a contract, then review the results measure-by-measure to set 2018 (or 2019) goals. The tool keeps track of numerator and denominator changes to your overall Star rating and lets you know when you've reached 4 Stars. 

The workflow is:

1. Pick the contract you want to review
2. Pick the contracts you want to compare to - e.g. other contracts from the same sponsor or competitors that operate in the same state.
3. The website will retrive your score history and your comparison groups' score history, graph the results, calculate the comparison groups' average scores and stars as well as population weighted scores and stars, display the results in a one page dashboard, highlight measures that are over or underperforming, and calculate your numerator, denominator the # of weighted stars needed to get to 4 Stars.
4. The website assists as you review the results to identify opportunities and risks, set your targets and chart a course to 4 Stars.
