Baltimore Health Analytics is seeking an Analytics Support Analyst with a blend of analytical expertise and strong communication skills. In this role, you'll not only support our healthcare data analytics and reporting efforts but also play a vital part in ensuring our clients fully understand and utilize the power of our tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform healthcare data analysis and create detailed, insightful reports using our proprietary analytics tools.
• Provide high-quality technical support to clients, documenting user needs and identifying areas of improvement.
• Gather and refine user stories and functional requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that documentation is clear, complete, and actionable.
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to advance our analytics tools, incorporating user feedback to improve usability and functionality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and SQL.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with a focus on conveying complex technical information clearly.
• Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in gathering user feedback and translating it into functional requirements.
• Applicant must reside in the United States.
