Kathy Lester named Director of Healthcare Quality Consulting Services

Baltimore Health Analytics is pleased to share that Kathy Lester has joined as the Director of Healthcare Quality Consulting Services. Kathy has 25 years of experience working in Managed Care Clinical Quality – at health plans, at a HEDIS audit firm, and at a CAHPS/HOS survey vendor. In her new role, Kathy will work directly with health plans to use BHA tools and formulate overall strategies for Stars Improvement: review Stars culture and infrastructure, implement programs, and resolve challenges with specific measure groups. With the hiring of Kathy, BHA directly expands the breadth of BHA’s Stars offerings.

According to BHA founder, Jeff Schoenborn, “Kathy complements our existing depth in data analytics, HEDIS, medication adherence and clinical campaign management.
