Star Rating Explorer
Added new BHA and Financial measures: Disaster Percentage and Star Benchmark Variable Amount.
Included Previous Year Score and Star Rating in Year-over-Year (YoY) measure selection.
Resolved overall star rating discrepancies between CMS and BHA for Puerto Rico-only contracts by excluding adherence measures (weighted as zero) from summary and overall rating calculations.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with the CMS data sheet filter where the current year and prior year measure columns were missing.
Fixed issue with most recent year not correctly applying in filters.
Corrected YoY colouring logic for lower is better measures (colors were previously inverted).
