New Features & Enhancements

User Signup: Revised the user sign up process.

County Popup : Added county-wise CMS financial benchmarks and a weighted average benchmark to the summary view.

Measure Updates: Updated the 2026 Measure Details PDF from the latest Star technical specifications.

Scenario Manager:  Formatted the BHA supplied “Shared to Everyone” scenarios differently than user created ones.

Functionality and Bug Fixes

Apple Safari – Alerts the user if Safari’s settings disable application popups and JavaScript which are part of the BHA application.

Modified how Stars are set during scenario data upload.  Users may supply Numerator and Denominator, Rate, or Star.  Application applies a hierarchy in setting the Star rating for the scenario if conflicting info is provided.  (1) Star (2) Score w/CMS or updated cutpoints (3) Score from Num/Den or (4) fall back on most recent CMS published Stars.

Renamed “HEI” to “EH04All Reward” in legacy places.
